Alessandro Siniscalchi

Alessandro Siniscalchi was born in
Milan in 1963. In 1948, his father Vittorio, driven by a passion for
handmade garments, began making shirts for his friends, leading him
to establish the first Siniscalchi tailor’s shop in Via
Montenapoleone in the family home. In 1982 his son Alessandro joined
him. When he inherited the shop, he maintained his father’s
original dedication to quality, with all details finished by hand.
The tailor’s shop moved to Viale Vittorio Veneto and Siniscalchi opened his collection to new influences, tailoring not just shirts for formal suits, but also casual, sportier styles.
Siniscalchi shirts are worn by leading businessmen, entrepreneurs and opinion leaders around the world, seen on famous names such as Loro Piana, Ermenegildo Zegna, Herno, the Barberino princes, the Brandolini d’Adda counts and King Hassan II of Morocco.
Committed to handing down his know-how to future generations and the importance of technology in craft excellence, in 2014 Siniscalchi joined the Samsung Maestros Academy project.
