Wood and Furniture

After working for years in the historical family business, Lunardelli Est. 1976, in 2018 Sebastiano and his sister Agnese decided to embark in a new challenge: thus, Lunardelli Venezia was born. A chance to collaborate with designers and craftsmen and express the variety of talents and creativity imbued in the Venetian territory, but also to explore innovative processing techniques while still employing locally sourced traditional materials such as wood, Murano glass and fabrics. The atelier is always open to fertile collaborations with master craftsmen creators of beauty and eclectic designers (Bevilacqua for textile products, Salviati, Ercole Moretti e NasonMoretti for glass items and lamps, Berta Battiloro for gilding…),

yet remaining true to Venice’s territory: all their creations share a deep connection with the architectural elements typical of the Lagoon, such as the “Ca’ Pesaro” stools and benches, made out of oak wood and inspired by the famous Venetian palace’s ashlar facade, the beautiful “Carmini” fruit bowl, made of walnut wood and blown glass (design by Alberto Lago), the romantic “Io e te” glasses for two or the poetic “Cupole” containers made of wood and blown glass (design by Marco Zito), the wonderful modular boxes “Passo”, made of mahogany and murrine glass (design by Omri Revesz). Lunardelli participated in “Homo Faber”, in 2022, with a stunning specially made wooden screen, in keeping with the Japan-themed exhibition.
