Ettore Mocchetti

Editor-in-chief of AD Architectural Digest

Ettore Mocchetti is an architect and interior designer with two loves: journalism and architecture. He has been the editor-in-chief of the magazine AD Architectural Digest since 1981, when it began publication as the Italian edition of the American monthly Architectural Digest, a leading magazine for interior design and architecture in English-speaking countries.

Mocchetti has directed the Italian edition for over three decades, presiding over pages full of the world's most beautiful houses, a voyage in pictures and words, a discovery of previously unseen places and special abodes. The review is also an enduring tribute to the skilled craftsmanship of Italian artisans. Since the start, it has brought to public attention the masters’ know-how and competence, stimulating readers' appetite for and appreciation of high-quality, beautiful and well-wrought objects. AD Architectural Digest flies the flag of Italian style.
