Emanuela Rosa-Clot

Director «Bell'Italia» and «Gardenia»

Born in Turin in 1964, at age 20 she moved to Milan to attend the Carlo De Martino institute for journalistic training and did her final internship at the newspaper La Notte. She was hired here in February 1986 as a reporter, later becoming editor of the entertainment department (1988) and finally assistant news editor. In 1995, when La Notte closed its business, she started working for TV Sorrisi e Canzoni magazine as assistant editor-in-chief; in 1999 she moved on to Panorama, where she took over the culture and entertainment columns. When Urbano Cairo founded Cairo Editore, in November 2002, Rosa-Clot entered the team charged with designing and launching new magazines. She is the Editor in Chief of Gardenia since July 2006, of Bell’Italia since April 2009, of Bell’Europa since April 2010 and of In Viaggio since May 2013. In 2014 she received the Giorgio Gallesio award for botany. In 2017 she was appointed Cavaliere al Merito della Repubblica Italiana (Knight of the Order to Merit of the Italian Republic). In 2021 and 2022 she contributed to the making of the Tv show “Bell’Italia. In Viaggio”, hosted by Fabio Troiano, aired every Sunday on La7 network.
